The problem has persisted for at least couple of years, and may have first occurred after the account was hacked several (5+) years ago. I believe the issue is the result of bulk mail headers being erroneously inserted in my email by Yahoo servers. This happens with both att/yahoo recipients and non-att/yahoo recipients.
